Greetings from Romantic English! We delight in offering free shipping on every order delivered within the United States, with no minimum spend and no hidden fees. For international orders, shipping costs are calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.

1. Ready-to-ship and printed items are prepared and dispatched within 1 to 3 business days.

2. Made-to-order pieces, such as woven tapestries, custom sizes, fully backed pieces, upholstery and rugs, are made especially for you. Production takes about 4 weeks before dispatch, and this is noted on each product page.

3. Delivery after dispatch typically takes 2 to 5 business days within the United States and 4 to 10 business days internationally.

4. Tracking: The moment your parcel is on its way, you shall receive an email with its tracking number.

5. International orders: Import duties or taxes may be charged by your country's customs on arrival and are the responsibility of the recipient, unless collected at checkout.
